Each client undergoes a detailed and rigorous structural balance screening from our gym in Mayfair. This identifies issues with movement patterns plus tight and weak muscles. These are addressed in a 'pre-hab' phase prior to the commencement of personal training.

Correcting these issues allows each client to move, train and recover more effectively and reduces the likelihood of injuries.

Training protocols and periodisation principles are then applied according to your body shape, hormonal imbalances and goals. Each training phase is geared towards a specific outcome. By tailoring each individual member’s training over a 12 month period, it is possible to forecast change and deliver results.
