The first priority in achieving optimal body composition, or fat loss, is assessing hormonal imbalances via fat distribution. Iain was taught using a system called BioSignature. 12 body sites are tested using calipers, with each reading correlating to a hormone.

During a thorough and detailed consultation in our Mayfair gym, clients then understand which areas need to change and why. Site specific fat loss is only achievable by balancing key hormones using this approach.

After an initial consultation, two sites are then prioritised. This allows for effective, progressive fat loss. Generic, calorie-led fat loss is an outdated premise. Instead, balancing your hormones will lead to improved body composition, mood and confidence.
