I initially joined Iain for a 12 week personal programme to focus on weight loss and general fitness. The combination of a workout regime, tailored to me, with a focused nutritional programme has resulted in rapid improvement of fitness and weight loss that exceeded my initial goals while increasing my fitness and energy levels. The added focus on the nutritional programme has given me a sense of health and wellbeing that I now know can be maintained over the long term.
