1. Program Overview

The Mayfair Nexus Broker Program offers rewards for successful property transactions:

  • 1 BR: AED 8,000 | 2 BR: AED 15,000 | 3 BR: AED 25,000
  • Over and above standard agency commission
  • Limited-time offer. Closes 15th Mar 2026.
2. Eligibility
  • Must be 18+ and a registered real estate broker
  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Property must be sold through Seven Mayfair Real Estate Development
  • Booking must be completed with full payment received
3. Reward Processing
  • Rewards distributed within 30–45 business days of successful booking
  • Paid via bank transfer
  • Non-transferable and non-refundable
  • Company may verify all transaction claims
4. Your Responsibilities
  • Provide truthful information
  • Comply with real estate laws (RERA)
  • Not engage in fraud or misrepresentation
  • Not disclose Program confidential terms
5. Prohibited Activities

No false information, fraud, or illegal activities. Violators will be disqualified and face legal action.

6. Company Rights

Seven Mayfair Real Estate Development reserves the right to:

  • Modify or terminate the Program anytime
  • Disqualify brokers for non-compliance
  • Verify all transaction details
  • Reject incomplete or fraudulent registrations
7. Limitation of Liability
  • Program provided “as is” without warranties
  • Company not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Brokers use Program at their own risk
  • Company liability limited to maximum reward amount
8. Disputes & Governing Law
  • Disputes resolved through negotiation (30 days)
  • Unresolved disputes subject to arbitration
