1. Program Overview

The Mayfair Nexus “Sell. Spin. Win.” Broker Rewards Campaign rewards brokers for closing successful property transactions during the campaign period.

• Eligibility: Registered brokers with Seven Mayfair Real Estate Development
• Rewards Include: iPhone 17 Pro Max, gold coins, instant cash prizes, and other exclusive gifts.
• Offer applicable only for verified bookings made within the campaign duration.
• Over and above standard agency commission
• Limited-time offer. Closes 15th Mar 2026.

2. Eligibility

To participate, brokers must:

• Be 18 years or older and a registered real estate broker in the UAE.
• Register through the official Mayfair Nexus Broker Rewards landing page or in-person at the Mayfair Sales Gallery.
• Ensure bookings are completed through Seven Mayfair Real Estate Development with a minimum 10% booking payment received.
• Agree to and comply with all campaign terms and UAE real estate regulations (RERA).

3. Reward Processing

• Rewards are granted only upon successful booking verification by the Mayfair Nexus sales and finance team.
• Each confirmed sale qualifies for one spin on the rewards wheel.
• Prizes are distributed within 30–45 business days after verification.
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Winners will be notified directly via email or phone.

4. Your Responsibilities

By participating, brokers agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Abide by all RERA and UAE real estate regulations.
• Avoid misrepresentation, fraudulent behavior, or manipulation of sales data.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the campaign’s reward mechanics and program terms.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following actions will lead to immediate disqualification and may result in legal action:

• Submitting false or misleading information.
• Engaging in fraudulent or unethical sales practices.
• Attempting to influence or manipulate campaign results.
• Registering multiple times with false identities.

6. Company Rights

Seven Mayfair Real Estate Development reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
• Disqualify participants for non-compliance or suspected fraud.
• Verify all bookings and broker credentials before confirming eligibility.
• Withhold or retract rewards if fraudulent activity is detected.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The campaign is offered “as is” without warranties or guarantees.
• The company is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Liability of Seven Mayfair Real Estate Development is limited to the maximum value of the confirmed reward.
• Participants engage in this program at their own discretion and risk.

8. Disputes & Governing Law

• All disputes must first be addressed via direct communication with the Mayfair team within 30 days of occurrence.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under UAE law.
• The program is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
